Portland's Fish Out of Water is an expansion of a Yelp Pemiere food cart, Salmon Fusion, located in Portland, Oregon. With overwhelming demands for delicious and beautiful, exotic seafood we had to expand to a wholesale and catering service, this is where Portland's Fish Out of Water was first born.
